Speaking from personal experience Yes you can. I have always been irregular but i had one at least every 3 months, then a doctor gave me some medication to get pregnant and it really messed me up and I went 6 months at a time without a period. However after about 2 years with my new fiance we are expecting our first child together. (I am 33 weeks) I didn't think it would ever happen but it did. It just takes time and patients and maybe a little help.

Yes, a woman who hasn't had her period in six months can still get pregnant, but she has to ovulate. Since that would occur 12-16 days before any period would start, if she has unprotected sex at that fertile time a pregnancy could result. If she didn't get pregnant, she would just finally get her period.
On the other hand, if she's annovulatory, she will not concieve.

If birth control is why a woman is not having a period for six month (seasonale perhaps?) then no, she shouldn't get pregnant, at least not by a 99.999%.
But if her periods have stopped, and there is no medical explanation, then who is she to think or say that she is exempt from ovulation on any given sex day?

sure, a woman who hasn't had her era in six months can nonetheless get pregnant, yet she has to ovulate. in view that that would happen 12-sixteen days till now any era might initiate, if she has unprotected intercourse at that fertile time a being pregnant could desire to consequence. If she did no longer get pregnant, she might purely ultimately get her era. on the different hand, if she's annovulatory, she would have the capacity to no longer concieve.

You can still ovulate and not have a period. It can still happen. Not as likely but it can.
