What makes me happy are things I like doing. What do you like doing? Do you have any hobbies? Favorite TV shows? Being positive doesn't hurt and it would help you in your sadness. Don't think about your problems. Did you have a good thanksgiving? i hope so as I did! I had one of the best thanksgiving in my life! Also, don't be so down on small things that aren't worth it.

Iced coffee, 'cos it's yummy and caffeinated! Oh, and driving. Whatever mood I'm in, if I have the money for a tank of fuel, I'll jump in the car and crank up the music (it's been Glenn Miller, lately - nice lively jazz) and go as far as my beloved car will take me without having to fuel up again. I enjoy the feel of the car and the view as the sun comes up (less traffic at that time of morning) and I feel free. It's great!

don't listen to the people that say that kids make them happy, as they are encouraging you to have kids. if you dont like kids, then they can't give you the right answer. Over all my dad told me never to depend on people (even little kids) to make u happy as it is temporary and when they make you sad, then what?

Benzodiazepines. Because I forget about the events that cripple me emotionally and socially.
