Can we write: Dear and Mr together? I mean like this:
Dear Mr. Robert
and then start my statement?

Yes, you can. Don't forget to add a colon instead of a comma at the end of 'Mr. Robert' since it appears you're writing a formal business letter (Dear Mr. Robert:).
