it would be nice if you would also ask what country everybody is from. Well I come from Germany and Easter we had Fish
Thanksgiving we just had a roast, x-mas we had a goose, and New years we had a rabbit. No I did not grow up on a farm ,these just were our family's believe.
Now I'm in Canada and we have Easter Turkey and ham.Thanksgiving turkey, x-mas turkey and New year's we have Fish (Salmon)

we have what ever we want. at times we go the traditional route during all of the holidays as you described, but i have been known to serve t-bones for christmas, roast chicken for easter, a standing rib roast for thanksgiving and to smoke a pork shoulder for new years day, and if i could afford it i would eat shrimp in any form all year long and crab legs.

for Easter i eat rabbits and eggs. that'll be really cool..... but then, i can only eat ham.
for Thanksgiving, its the usual same turkey and a chicken on the side.
for Christmas, its Turkey and Chicken again.

We have turkey for Thanksgiving ( 95% of households do)
We like to do something we don't do often for Christmas, such as duck, Cornish hen, crown roast, or a fancy item such as London broil.
New Year's is nosh night- make your own sandwich buffet, make your own taco night, chips&dips, cheese&crackers, that type of thing.

At my house growing up, for each holiday it was the same:
The flesh of the innocent.
I was raised by cannibal vampires.
