nothing ,sugar doesn't dissolve in gasoline.the guys on mythbusters had a show on it and also snopes.com debunked the story too.

if your looking to get back at someone drain all their oil and keep the plug gaurantee if the do move the car for more than a 100 yards they will be screwed but if someone was messing with you i would drain the gas tank to be safe

sugar gets into the pistons and cylinder walls and scratches them up causing them to lose compression and not work
