My husband and I have both woken up over the last couple of mornings with little red spots on our bodies and they itch like crazy. We are the only ones so I'm assuming it has something to do with our bed. The dogs aren't allowed on the bed and they haven't shown any signs of extra scratching. So I think it may be bed bugs! I don't know where they could've come from. My home is a clean home and I change my sheets regularly. How do I get rid of them????

I doubt you need to go to the expense of hiring a professional to come in to deal with this.
There is a product known as Sevin (carbaryl) and if used correctly, usually in a dust form, it should take care of the problem. This product is also used for pet bedding and other areas where you don't want a hugely toxic treatment.
Give it a try before you call the Pro's!
Here's scratchin' at ya!

Your symptoms do sound like bed bugs. The following web site has a good discussion on control. If you have recently been to a motel or other room for overnight, that is a possible source for the investation. Read the link and follow the suggestions. It is important to thoroughly wash all associated bedding, blankets, clothing, etc to make sure you eliminate the problem.

Happy Mom,
If you really have bedbugs don't mess around call a exterminator. They are very difficult to get rid of. Make sure the exterminator is reputable and he gives you a follow up guarantee.

Before they drive you crazy you need to hire a pest killer asap! You can get bed bugs from traveling btw. A good website for information (especially to find out if you have bed bugs before you hire a pest killer) is http://www.uky.edu/Ag/Entomology/entfacts/struct/ef636.htm or just google 'bed bugs'

YOU HAVE TO CALL AN EXTERMINATOR TO SEE WHAT IT REALLY IS.
