I paid to get a disc repaired like the scratches removed and the company ruined warped melted my game slightly. Is there any way to repair it now?

ive heard of taking toothpaste and wiping it on the surface it fills in the scratches but i have never tried it

Generally speaking no. Unless they guaranteed to fix it, you don't have any recourse. Buy a new one. I fail to see how this question has anything to do with cars and transportation though.
