Im doing an application online and it says" You would rather not get involved in other people's problems"

Agree or disagree this is a trick question which one shall I put.

This is basically a teamwork question. If you don't want to get involved with others, then you are not interested in helping teammates or co-workers that have problems.

That would be a bad thing.

are you nosy?? then push agree --- if not then disagree
Tell you the truth I rather not get involved in peoples problems,because it never leads to anything good. They dump on you then all the time. So stay out of it.

That's a tough one. What job is it for? I'd go for "Not get involved in other's problems" because it shows you aren't nosy, or into idle gossip.

It depends on the job as well, if you are applying for a counseling position, i'd put "YES" for that one.

If it is in customer relations field, I'd put "disagree." Guest survices is all about helping others solving their problems.

This also applies to management.

Well think of it like this:

Do I like to get into other peoples business?

Do I tend to let people go about their own business?

That is probably what they mean... It's probably for if they put you on the sales/customer service area...
