In 2005, I purchased each share (100 shares per certificate) for 25cents a paper, at the Del Mar County Faire, Del Mar, CA and I have no idea if they are valid or not and there is a name on them; however, why would they become a "sale" item, perhaps person died and if so can I cash them at a later time, since I bought them I will definitely keep them. Thank you for your research and replies.
