...to be happy 110%, eternally..... heaven on earth so to speak. No waiting for the after life, but be at peace with one another and joyful always and in all ways. No being bored or negative emotions wearing you down...just all positive and happy.

If happiness is just a change of perspective, how can you master this to be the best human ever in the world? What kind of actions would this kind of bliss entail?

I don't mean to pop any bubbles but, eternal bliss, everlasting peace of mind, the secret to life (they are all one and the same) is a state of mind. A positive attitude.
Right now, my life is pretty screwed up but I'm happy. I don't have much to be happy about but I'm happy nonetheless.
The first thing you have to do is realize what it is that makes you not happy. Put the positive things in one basket and the negative things in another. Wear the positive basket on your hip. Put the negative basket in the closet. You didn't throw it away but you don't have to look at it all the time.
The idea is to not worry. Worrying will not solve problems. Replace, "What'm I gonna do?" with, "I'm going to do this". Part of being happy is being competent. Competent to deal with and handle your problems. Then a problem is no longer a problem, it is a task. Never bite off more than you can chew. That is the creation of a problem and you did it. Happy sailing.

It is possible to be that happy, you just have to ignore your situation. I mean bad or good, if you are happy with yourself and from the inside nothing can bring you down. But this is a very hard task, not to give in to your circumstances, yet not impossible. Bad times make you appreciate the good ones.To be happy with yourself, with what you got will give you internal joy. All you have to do is not let any circumstances or what people say or do change it. In order to be the best human you have to be an upright, honest human being. And if you are the best human being you ca be it is more likely that you will be happy, happy with yourself and your circumstance. Or something like that.

110% happiness requires 100% non-attachment. The paradox is this. You want all the things, family, kids, wife, but these are the things that for some bring happiness and for others cause the most unhappiness. In my case it is both. My love for my children is a vulnerability but I would not trade my kids for anything. So I guess I am screwed.

Most of my life has been a never ending struggle to survive. If I didn't have something to fight for I wouldn't be happy. I think there is a balance of some kind but I have yet to find it. Living on the edge without to much danger is exciting. Living for another is something to be admired too. Maybe its found in serving someone else. But I know if something is not worth fighting for it's not worth it.

Yes, according to Buddhism it is called enlightment. And yes, it is a change of perspective, but a deep and powerful one. Meditation, good deeds, compassion, love, inner peace, kindness... you need all these and more to reach bliss (Nirvana). It is a difficult path, but it is exciting too! enjoy the journey!

No way.
We aren't made that strong, to hold onto fledgin convictions, or to talk ourselves into somehitng like that for that long.
Only lunatics can do this.

You need to feel pain to know the difference of pain and happiness, and if we felt happiness all the time, how would we know?

Then all the chocolate army men fell from the sky and mom said it was dinner time so we went to the swingset to lick the pretty paint again. Has anyone seen my other eye? Its hard to look for. People in Hell want ice water.

It doesn't matter what we think. The question you're asking depends entirely on the individual, and his or her state of mind.

Happiness is waiting for you. You just have to let it in.

You'd eventually build a resistance to all the dopamine rushing through your body.
