I saw it today and this is my take on it:
It was prbably the worst movie I have ever seen and not funny at all, except for the bear in the ice cream truck and the faux Kazakhstan national anthem sung at the rodeo. The only people in the whole movie who were portrayed with any dignity at all were the ones from the etiquette school and a few hotel clerks. This means that the movie insulted the following people:
Kazakhs (none were in the movie or anything like the ones in it);
Albanians (I doubt that country is full of such slums);
Jews (Sacha Cohen is a Jew, therefore his disgusting movie reflects badly on them);
White Christian evangelicals;
Black homeys from the hood and black hookers;
People with disabilities.
The movie was not funny, it was disgusting (especially the naked 400 pound man who stuck his scrotum in Borat's mouth), it was not very interesting though the theme did sound promising, and I felt ripped off.
