none. if you don't want to get pregnant then use protection. Sperm can live in the body for up to five days. so there is no sure fire way to not get pregnant without protection.

5 days before and after her period. or if you're regular, you could do the rhythm or calendar method. observe your period for at least 6-12 cycles. then get the shortest cycle, subtract 20 or 18 from it. then substract 11 from your longest cycle. for example your shortest cycle is 27-20=7. longest cycle is 32-11=21. Your fertile days are from day 7-21. You should avoid contact within this period.

No time is 100% safe - remember the joke, 'what do you call people who use the rhythm method? Parents!'. Also, remember the same thing that results in pregnancy can also result in AIDS and other anti social diseases - ALWAYS USE PROTECTION

When you use birth control. Condoms are pretty cheap. You can even get them for free from planned parenthood. If you are not going to use actual birth control, then be prepared to become pregnant.

The week following your period. However, if an unwanted pregnancy is what you seek to avoid..use a condom or other form of birth control.
