go to an Office type of a store, like Office Depot.... buy the paper that is already sort of a amber color, then take it home, soak it in water a bit, let it dry.... then get a lighter and burn up the edges... just a little... don't go crazy... (make sure you're doing it outside on the concrete, where nothing can get out of control and burn something up... if you're under age, please do this with a parent.) As soon as the paper catches on fire, blow it out.... hold it burning side up too... that way the fire won't get out of control. Or maybe have a bowl of water next to you too. The idea is to have the edges a little tarnished.
Also, if you want to get the amber color at home (instead of buying the paper) , just soak a white page in tea or coffee and let it dry.

Needed:Oven set to 400F
13x9 pan
ground coffee
coffee cup
spoon
Add 5 to 6 spoonfuls of ground coffee to half a cup of boiling water. Mix well, then pour enough to cover the bottom of the pan.
Place the paper in the pan and let it soak for at least one minute or until paper appears saturated.
Next, drain the pan ( the paper should stick to the bottom ) and place the pan in the oven.
Watch the paper after the first 5 minutes or less, depending on the quality of the paper.
Remove from the oven when the paper looks dry or if begins to curl. Remove it from the oven.
Your paper is done!

Along with their suggestions, (flaming the edges of the paper) I would soak it in tea, then let it dry out. It gives the paper that dingy old yellow look.
