Yes, usually after I'v made the decision though, I usually try to convince people that it was the right decision, but I'm really trying to convince myself. If I can get them to agree with me, I feel validated.

If it's the type of decision that I have time to ponder, yes. Most times, I make decisions on the fly, because life demands it. If I get an unreasonable reaction from the person or persons on the receiving end of the decision, then I run it by one or two of the most level-headed and intelligent people that I know. If it turns out with reflection and speaking with others that the decision should have gone another way, and if I'm comfortable that in the end it's my decision, not theirs, then I change it.

Not usually.I have reached the ripe ol age of 41...when I was much younger I needed more validation than I do now.Now I trust myself and my decisions.

no i don't need validation from others for my decision,but others need my validation,because i make the right decisions,

Not anymore.
I've learned to take my own
decisions. This way, I've no
one to blame, but myself.
It makes it harder, but a lot
wiser on the long run.
