Yes, what if there is an accident and the driver becomes incapacitated? You will have 22 different stories. People tend to exaggerate under duress and facts would become fiction. So , I would send a chaperone.

I am guessing that the limo company will require you to have an adult along. The driver can't drive AND be responsible for the behavior of 22 kids.

Yeah I think that you all do need a chaperone because anything can happen and you're just now turning a teen. People get out of hand sometimes. You all could have liquor or be smoking or pick up boys. anything can happen.

it really depends on the maturity level of the group.
