As other posters have said, the rovers have no return mechanism. There is a possibility of a sample-and-return mission to mars sometime, but not in the next few years

However, other posters are incorrect about the status of the Voyager missions. Both spacecraft are, in fact, still active, and there is a staff of 10 full time engineers and scientists devoted to the continuing mission into interstellar space. See the link below for current mission news and status.

Voyager 1 is now at the outer edge of our solar system, in an area called the heliosheath, the zone where the sun's influence wanes. This region is the outer layer of the 'bubble' surrounding the sun, and no one knows how big this bubble actually is.

Voyager 1 is literally venturing into the great unknown and is approaching interstellar space. Traveling at a speed of about one million miles per day, Voyager 1 could cross into interstellar space within the next 10 years.

Only five investigator teams are still supported, though data are collected for two additional instruments.

To date, the entire Voyager 2 scan platform, including all of the platform instruments, has been powered down.

All platform instruments on Voyager 1, except the UVS, have been powered down. The Voyager 1 scan platform was scheduled to be powered down in late 2000, but will be left on at the request of the UVS investigator (with the concurrence of the Science Steering Group) to investigate an unexpected excess in UV from the upwind direction. The PLS experiment on Voyager 1 is currently turned off to accommodate UVS observations.

The rover were not built to come back. The reason no need for them to they had on board mini labs to conduct experiments unlike the Viking rover which were launched in the '70s and brought back samples. Also Voyager 1 & 2 has been turned of and has exited out solar system. On both Voyagers was an engraved plate depicting man and earth to anyone who may find it.

There is no way for the mars rovers to come back. Possibly they'll be brought back and put in a museum in a couple hundred years.
