She really doesnt believe me....should i tell her that i dont want to be friends or what?

if she cant believe you she's not your friend... there should never be tormoil of her not believing what you say. Let her know, and if she doesnt believe it... WHATEVER..

Depends on what happened, your relationship with your friend in the past, your past behavior, and your past record of honesty.
Your friend will have to weight all this and come to her "own" conclusion and you will have to accept the outcome.

Who knows you a pretty vague on the details of your problem......we aren't mind readers here......What ever it is if your so called friend doesn't believe you for whatever reasons......then she really isn't your friend is she.........
