Give him a hot kiss and see if you sweep him off his feet.

as i resovle otherproblems with this question and it is simple, well not really. i say action speakes more than words do what your heart say you can feel when it is right because the situation will be open, and your going to take some chance, dont rush it with a kiss, start small like a pat on the back slap on the *** a bear hug or a lingering handshake.
dude youll be fine if he knows hes gay and you know hes gay you really wont have a problem, better yet buy him items that he may love, usually candy but that gets a bit boring, its up to you not me.

How old are you? If you know for a fact that he is gay, ask him out for a coffee and a chat. You come off sounding like a giddy school girl. Talk to him, tell him how you feel. Be straight forward and honest.

if he is gay, then I assume you are male. If that is so, then move into his "orbit." Invite him to hang-out with you, go to the mall, go to Starbucks, do things together. Go hiking, biking, to a movie. Investigate if your first thoughts confirm what you uncover, that you really like him.

Just have fun.

good luck

Go for it.. be yourself, express yourself, be confident, and don't be afraid. If you trust him enough tell him that you are bi. After that give it some air and see how he reacts.

If you don't ask or tell then the answer will always be NO. What do you have to lose? If you don't you'll probably regret it. Good luck.
