I think she's fairly pretty, but not mind blowingly beautiful. I don't think you should hit on someone who is ten years older though.

She looks nice, but the angle is not ideal. As for going for you, I doubt it. She looks quite young, so you must be too. Unless you and her are one of the super young type.
