(b) Blefescu was a country at war with Lilliput in Johnathon Swift's fictional satire, a work of fiction.

There may or may not have really been a Joaquin Murrieta, but he appeared in Califirnia newspapers and was believed to be a real person.

Wow... apparently the first answerer was the only person with a brain. Nonfiction=fact, therefore a line not from a factual book is what we're trying to find. Duh.

B is the correct answer, as stated above.
