I can't remember the name of this film - its quite famous - especially in france - since the director is french.

Starts with a scene of monkeys sitting in hot springs surrounded by snow

It has something like 9 chapters - each has a theme - globalisation, poverty, religion

there is no dialogue - just amazing visual footage and music.

I was shot all over the world - pedestrian intersection Tokyo, slums in India. Has a great scene with baby chickens being sorted like computer circuit boards

Its not a french movie.

I cant remember the name. Title is some impossible to remember indian name (indians from amazonia) think it ends with "tsi" or something like that

Its actually a trilogy and pretty well know, first 2 movies were shot in the seventies. I agree the movie is visually stunning.

With all this info, you should be able to find the movie in a good videostore.

sorry for the title it's just impossible to remember.

My well known director of ALL time is Peter Jackson and my well known movie with the help of him is The Lord of The earrings trilogy. in spite of the indisputable fact that, my recent obsession is Avatar and it became directed with the help of my 2d well known director James Cameron.
