I live in VA, and a good friend of mine moved away to NC last year without notice. At first he would call me every once in a while, but after about 5 months he didn't call anymore. Soon after that I moved, and I lost his number in the process, and I think he might have moved as well. So neither of us can contact each other. I tried looking him up online to find a number or address but didn't get anywhere. The last I heard, he didn't have a computer, so I'm out of ideas. I really miss my friend and I don't know if I'll ever see him again..does anyone know how I could find him?

Try contacting his parents.. maybe they are still in NC. How about other friends that you might have in common that may know where he is. Try anywho.com :o)

If it is within 6 mo. of his move, a letter will be forwarded by the USPS to his current address. After that time, the letter will have his address on it, and be returned to sender. That is worth a try and is only 39 cents.

Classmates.com is inexpensive, but only works if he has a computer and has paid to be a member.

Intellius Search will find people for a fee. They need info like last known address, birthday, etc. I found my former best friend from high/grade school that way.

Best wishes.

What about his parents? Can you contact them? That would be your best bet if you know where they are. There is also a site called peoplefind.com but I think you have to pay to use it. Worth a shot if you really want to find this person. If you type in the name it tells you where they have addresses for that person, but to get them you have to pay. You could find out the different states and do some research of your own based on the states given. Best of Luck to you!

Try parents first if you know where they are. Do you have an old email address? I would search for him on myspace.com as well. Check out Zabbasearch.com; it is free up to a point. Was he a friend from college, most universities also have ways to locate alumni.
