I spent a total about $2000 for mine but like mentioned earlier it can be a lot less and a whole lot more. Then again I have many duplicates such as 3 masks, multiple snorkles, top of line fins. I sometimes shop at Diver's Outlet (Divers Direct online)shop in Orlando, Florida or at other time from their website. Another that I hear a lot about is Leisure Pro. Both shops have a HUGE assortment of equipment and will sell a whole diving set. Diversdirect also does dive travel bookings.

kinda interesting, u want a compressor and a hookah set up with a tube of air to you or just snorkel around, either is cheap but there is: the wants to either dive to the bottom or leave Boy markers for later research. make your own set up if you have the boat a friend that can tend the lines and compressor and try what you can. treasure divers know that their going deep in the sand on the bottom most of the time because of the weight factors in volved in gold searches that it sinks into the sand and has a real bad effect on visibility. there are 1615 treasures off of vero beach but they are under a ton of sand and only fifteen feet of water. i research about every treasure there is but have never done anything but scuba for them because of the temperature is cold and the wet suit is thermal
