A child is a unique reflection of its parents and the child's name is the first thing that most people will ever know about your child. You should pick a name that reflects your taste, heritage, etc.

However, I must tell you, my name is Kyril and I am 30 years old and whenever I meet anyone from now until the day I die I have to explain the origin of my name (russian) and how it came to be attached to me (my dad was a navy lingiust). So while you may think that a name is cute or unique, you are going to make your child's life difficult for no good reason. Just remeber you are naming a human being that will live for 75 years (God willing). I reccomend names that are easy to spell and pronounce, there are hundreds to choose from, just go further down the list if you want something a little unique (ie Dempsey or Sebastian)

I like the first name. It's unique. It works with the middle name, even though I'm not a huge fan of the name Kane.

I like the name...yet person having that name would have to spend an annoying portion of their time discussing just their name, how to pronounce it, etc. when the focus should be on a person just coming to talk to them, get right into conversation. With a name as that it's almost like going through your life with a movie intro trailer of sorts before you can get on to see the actual movie.

I really like it, and I got how to pronounce it before I read what you wrote. Even if some people don't get the pronunciation the first time, it's not a big deal to correct them. I've had to (with my name) all my life, and it's really not a problem.

Quite a mouthful. Imp thumb rule while choosing names is to see what it would be shortened to ? Since its a long name ppl will distort it. He would probably end up as 'Hey Xaids' or plain Kane

Sounds like a wrestler. It would be too hard to pronounce.

I think that the name has been over used in the last year. Don't get me wrong i like the name it is very cute but if you are wanting something more unique try to find something else.

Love it. It's like the name Xavier (one of my fav's). It's awesome. I don't see why your kid would go through torture as someone said because A LOT of people know that the X makes a Z sound and if they don't know, then they're not very smart! :)

Good Luck with ur son and Happy Holidays to your and your family!! :)
