NO! There is a big difference between being confidently single (and loving it that way) and being desperate for attention at any cost (lonely) ...

I would rather stay single and be happily so, than to be forced into another relationship just because it was the 'thing to do' ...

I have never been in a RSH before (almost 25 years old) bc I have not met anyone but I don't have that fear you describe. I have learned from others RSH and personal experiences of mine so when I do meet someone, I will adjust as I do into any new situation.

Yes, I was single 10 years after a divorce. I thought I would be alone the rest of my life. Somehow it all comes back to you when you meet someone you like. Now I am happily married.

I don't worry about it. While I would like someone in my life, I do not want a live-in relationship.

yea, ive dated a couple guys online since i was 15- 18 my age now. its hard for me to want to find someone around me because i think ill be boring. i have better luck writing how i feel than showing it. its became a problem. my uncle was going to set me up with a blind date but i became too nervous and backed out.

if your lonely go try different things,this is the key to finding good relationships.example,say hi to someone at work you've never talked to before.they might open up & become a really good friend. :)

Yes. Then you do something to mess up any chances of it anyway when you feel like that. So it's better to try not to worry.

Yes, you isolate yourself and you are afraid that you will get hurt...and when you find someone you don't know how to react, and how to deal with it.
