2nd even though you have only have 1 birthday (your day of birth) you are 2 years old
3rd isn't Feb. 29th the leap day not Feb. 30th

February 28 is not leap day. February 29 is. You are 2 years old.

Leap day is on Feb. 29th not Feb 28. If you were born on Feb 28, you weren't born on a leap day.

Respectfully, since to be considered a "Leap Year" baby you would have to be born on the 29th of February, you would be 2. You were born on the 28th.
