Latin Dancing is probably the most but belly dancing when done by women with the right body can be very seductive.

Rumba. For those who answered "salsa," most of the salsa I see danced is based on mambo. The basic steps are the same as International rumba, but the latter is much slower and so allows for much more seductive interpretation.
