first off, sorry to hear of your loss. But I have been in a situation where I lost a baby and had to forgive and forget before I got pregnant again. You will not be blessed until you can move on. It is a hard thing to do. You will never totally forget about the pair you lost. But you need to let yourself actually be able to relax. Your body may not allow you to concieve if you have to many other thoughts. It will all happen when the time is right. good luck

I just want to let you know that you are not alone with this problem. We had twin girls at 20 weeks 2 yrs ago and have not been able to get pregnant since then. I have had some testing done 4 months after we lost them and everything was o.k. but we have had no luck. My Dr now has started me first on metformin. This is for diabetics but is something said to help with pregnancy(had been on it for 5 months & nothing). So now I am taking clomid. We were very scared to go on this with already having twins once but I am only taking 50 mgs right now(been taking for 2 months). It is a fetility drug but since I am taking such a low dose I'm not to worried. My dr also told me to get the book Taking Control of your Fetility by Toni Weschler. I have only been reading it for about a couple weeks but have found some of it really interresting. I hope some of this helps you out and feel free to e-mail me any time at bethglsn@yahoo.com. Good luck

I am so sorry to hear about your loss...did you have any trouble conceiving the first time? I lost my first baby at 37 weeks, and it took my husband and I about 2 years after that to get pregnant with our daughter. Honestly, the biggest thing that kept us from getting pregnant sooner was the fact that I was stressing over it. I was convinced that the Dr. who delivered my first baby had messed me up somehow, but once I found out everything was fine, we got pregnant almost immediately. Another thing, we both took vitamins while trying to conceive...he took "Mega Man" vitamins from GNC, and I was taking prenatals and folic acid...I don't remember if the mens vitamins had folic acid, your husband should be getting folic acid too...I think you can find info about all that at www.babycenter.com...best of luck, and have fun trying!

Most problems incurred after a loss are of two fold. the first is tension from trying to hard. the second and maybe the most common are medical reasons. best to see you doctor, but one way to take the tension out of your love making is to pretend you are already pregnant. and Just enjoy each other.

Most doctors won't try fertility until you've been trying for over a year. You've been able to get pregnant before, so it sounds like stress is the cause of your problems.
