No the UK uses +44 as a prefix (I live in the UK so i know that one) and not Nigeria either, they use +234! Some countries use a three digit prefix or in the case of USA its just +1. The code for this number looks like Algeria.

Sorry UK starts with +44 so it must be your brothers fae Nigeria(I not Y) or it may be Bubbles fae the trailer park
