They hold open auditions on occasion. Try contacting them. Look on their site there should be a contact number.

You and tens of millions of others. First you may choose to be arranged to be a drug addict while your around 21. In all seriousness in basic terms flow to L.A or N.Y and get an agent, forget on the subject of the coaching because of the fact disney is baised on seems not on expertise ;)
