The general patter of wind now is a three-cell model, with sinking air at 30 degrees lat and rising at 60.

With no rotation, wind would move straight from the cold, sinking poles to the warm, rising equatorial region, i.e. a one-cell model.

Hi. The wind would be ferocious and constant. Wind is caused by several things including temperature difference. The sun ward facing side would be very hot and the opposite side would be very cold. Heat wants to equalize so the flow would be upwards first, from the center (hottest), then towards the terminator where it would mix with the colder, denser air. Hard to visualize what happens next but the cold air would mix with the hot and probably cause some violent weather.

The only place you could possibly have wind is at the variance boundaries that separate the super cold dark-side of the planet and the sun lit super hot dry side. since there would be no night or day either. given it would still maintain an atmosphere, winds would only circulate around this permanent dawn in attempt to equalize the temp differances

We would not have wind; wind is caused by both the rotation of the earth which produces the "Coriolis Effect". I recommend reading more on the Coriolis Effect b/c there is just to much info to list here--heres the link:

There would be none. Wind is caused by the rotation.

It would be nil, and so would everything not anchored down because there would also be no gravitational field. Wind is caused by convection.
