I'm stuck on 12 too!! If I figure it out, i'll post some info on it.
I have no idea how to "get behind the blinds"
EDIT- Okay i've got it, if you just want to know how to do it:
On the page hit Ctrl+A and then Ctrl+C
Open up your email and hit compose. Hit Ctrl+V to paste into the messege area.
Send to yourself.
Look over the blahblahs carefully
