keep in mind the teams are ranked at the time they played-- not current rankings
judge for yourself which is tougher. Looks like USC to me. but people seem to loooove the idea of a UM/OSU rematch.
If USC beats UCLA there is no reason why Ohio State should play Michigan AGAIN. Thats stupid. They beat 'em once, proved they were the better team. It's the National Championship, not the Big Ten Championship... and don't forget Florida (11-1)

Michigan had a pretty good schedule against Notre Dame, Wisconson, Iowa, Penn.State, and Ohio State. USC had a very close schedule to MIchigans but lost to a team that wasnt ranked. But Michigan lost to the #1 team in the nation so I think that Michigan will come out on top...well they should. And for your question Michigan had an A USC an A- schedule

i have heard an ESPN analyst say the USC has the 4th toughest schedule in NCAA division 1 football. however, i don't know the source.

i'd actually like to see USC play michigan. the winner (undoubtedly USC) goes to the national championship.
