One girl got divorced because she felt got married too young (23), missed her friends, and wanted to be single again, even if it meant being a single mother.
One lady left a nice guy struggling to take care of her and her children from her previous marriage, she left for a doctor's son in business. - He was in his forty's and successful, she had a hot body at 27.
Within two years he told her that she was not wordlly enough for him, halted the relationship.
Another woman left her husband could not afford to put her through University and felt he owes her because she gave him sheltler while he attended college.
Finally another lady's personality changed on marriage, and felt she now owns the house too.

Every couple that I know that has gotten divorced was because the husband cheated. Then after they cheat; they actually try to justify it by saying they haven't been happy for awhile and no longer love their wife. I can't believe how many self centered men there are in the world. I'm sure there are wives out there that cheat also but just from the divorced couples I know of; the reason was because the husband cheated. The saddest part is the children suffer and these self centered cheaters don't seem to care.

Girl, people get divorced for thousand of reasons. My parents got divorced 19 years ago, because they couldn't be together anymore. They had lost their mutual respect, and there was no trust between them. Divorce can be for many reasons, and it happens even in the best families. So, don't get all caught up in thinking why, cause there can be a lot of things that make a couple, take the decision to live apart. Good Luck!

most everything in a marriage can be worked out, except for cheating. cheating tears a hole in the entire marriage. the man or woman you thought u knew so well, and who u loved and respected let u down, hurt u beyone repair. as a result of the cheating the other partner didn't feel good about theirself anymore, and just couldn't tell the cheater that they were loved to please come home and work it out. so no one said a word, and the marriage ended. they are divorced because they had a communication problem, this is what caused the cheating in the first place.

Anyone I knew that got divorced did so because the other partner was supposedly cheating. If they really were or not I don't know.
addition- there always seemed to be a huge lack of communication.

The folks I know - stopped having sex, stopped talking to each other, money issues seemed to play a major part, and/or someone cheated. But then again, they were also in the 7-10 year range.

Ten thousand different reasons - cheating, loss of communication, did not really *know* each other to begin with, different sex drives, kids, money, stress - you name it, people divorce over it.
