Okay, so you have child pornography. Well, even if the child really wants to do it (say a 13 year old girl), would it be legal, because she wants to do it?

I'm sure a lot of minors want to do a lot of things ... but I really don't think porn is one of them.
Kiddie porn is illegal, so your question is moot.
A minor cannot give consent, and since kiddie porn is illegal, their parent(s) cannot consent on their behalf either.

a 13 year old does not have the right to give consent, to any thing sexual in nature.
