He took time of to wash his hair about six months.
Truthfully he had offers for various projects and he wanted to spend some time with his family before making his mind up

I have no idea. He was great on Never Mind the Buzzcocks. Simon Anstell is quite good, but no where near as good as mark lamar.

I liked him too, I wondered if he may have been sidelined or sacked as his jokes bordered on law suit territory sometimes!
The new guy is good but not nearly as quick, still at least Phil and Bill are still there as they are damn funny too!

He decided to leave the show to go on to bigger (and yet to appear) better things. Simon Amstell (his replacement) is rubbish.
