I love William Holden, I adore Audrey Hepburn, the writings great, but Humphrey Bogart's performance leaves something to be desired. It's definitely not up to par with, say, Casablanca. He's a great actor, but the fact that he didn't really care for Audrey's skills as an actress come across in the movie.

I think that the men are a lot less interesting and more stiff in the 1954 version than in the newer one. They are also less attractive. But Audrey Hepburn is awesome and adorable. I think the cooking scene in Paris is funny and it all seems very dramatic.
