Depends on who you ask.
A C-Span viewer survey put him at #17 with Abraham Lincoln at #1 and Reagan at #6.
An ABC poll put Lincoln at #1, Kennedy at #2 and Reagan at #5.
The Washington College poll had Lincoln at #1, Reagan at #2 and Kennedy at #4.
Gallup poll showed Lincoln #1, Reagan #3 and Kennedy #5.

Before your correction, I was about to say what were you drinking to consider JFK a conservative. If you consider Reagan the greatest, are you only considering the last 50 years? It is hard to ignore folks like Washington, Lincoln, Theodore Roosevelt, and Franklin Roosevelt in terms of impact on the presidency and our country, not to mention Jefferson and Wilson. With JFK, you need to bear in mind that most of his programs were passed in the first 100 days of the Lyndon Johnson presidency.

No. JFK was a Democrat and had liberal leanings. But compared to today's Democrats, he might be looking like Barry Goldwater.
