I find your question a bit unclear. What exactly are you feeling? How is your sciatic nerve affecting your running? Do you feel pain, tingling sensation, numbness or weakness in your lower extremities? Are you sure it is your sciatic nerve and not your muscles? Try putting a hot compress on the area for 20mins. Also, stretch before you run. If you are feeling any tingling sensation and numbness, try seeing an ortho doctor because there might be a compression in your nerve. Good luck!

I would look for a sports medicine chiropractor. He/she can make adjustments, and give you excellent exercises to reduce or eliminate pain. In the mean time, put ice on the area for 20 minutes at a time several times a day to reduce any swelling there may be. (The ice feels great!)

THEY ALSO TREAT ATHLETES AS WELL..
