to lose weight would you think less of them and do you think it would actually work or is it worth it

Made might work if they plan on humiliating the extra weight off. Thats a huge downside, everyone is watching. Some people might think that they don't have the strength to burn it off on their own. But also, it would be good determination and it's a good idea, but it wouldn't be cheap.
