yea i me too. remember this time on most amazing moments caught on tape or something, this mother hippo and her calf had spent weeks trying to approach this herd of hippos , so they could intergrate with them. The moment they showed was the mother and calf trying to approach the herd , but a male hippo took a dislike to them and starting to attack the mother and chase her. The Frightened mother manged to run away in confused, but left her child with the male angry hippo. The male starting to attack the calf, tossing it the air and biting it those huge teeth thing and eventually he killed it - its was a ruthless attack. And after the mother came back and saw her calf dead and starting to nudge it as to try to revive it and that made me well up.

I watched predators at War where the preds. were all starving and many of the young died. They were graphic shots of animals being killed painfully being eatten while alive, and a baby hyena was helpless because of a broken back and a male lion just kinda came up to it and killed it just because he could. I didn't cry, but I did find it interesting. When it's life or death and things reach boiling point it is amazing what animals will do to survive. it's nature, and nature can be brutal.

On the other side of the coin, when I watch that animal cops type show where they rescue abused animals I cry sometimes at how deliberately cruel people can be.

Watching and realizing what people are capable towards a helpless baby animal is a lot more gut-wretching then watching animals live and die as they are meant to as the weak are weeded out.

Hi...I don't cry but i DO feel emotional when i see a defensless baby animal getting killed...I just try not to watch them, my husband loves them but as soon as the 'sad' part comes on i go out of the room until it's passed, eithet that or i put my fingers in my ears and move them around, hum to myself ' la la laaaa 'until i know it's safe.lol
((The worst ever for me was when the mother of a baby Sloth had climbed down a tree to get food for it's baby who was clinging at the top, waiting eagerly...She was then dragged down the tree on her way by a lion)) i think of this sometimes and it's painful...sooobbbbbb

I do cry, but its not when animals kill each other for food, I don't mind that, its just the wonderful scenes of wild animals in their natural habitats that gets me... I watched one recently about the wolves of yellowstone national park and that got me really emotional.... the way the pack work and live together, its incredible.

It's something that is a bit discomforting to watch but I don't cry. Others killing others to survive is only nature.

when they have those animal rescue shows i get a little emotional...they brek down the door and there are 3 dozen dogs lieing around with feces all overe the place...its very sad. when animals kill prey that doesn't make me feel all that bad (not like i like it) but i figure its part or the food chain, sort of.

Yes, I cried when the polar bear got injured by the walrus on last weeks Planet Earth and my husband had to turn it off. Because he was going to die! Poor bear!

I mostly stick my fingers in my ears and shut my eyes until it's over. I find it very distressing
