How do people get those jobs in the NFL........?

like the guys that move the first-down marker thing. or a water boy or something? that would be pretty cool to do just on the weekends or something to be on the field.

I've often wondered this myself. I think you have to have special training to be on the chain gang. But a waterboy is probably the coach's son or a friend of the son, or a player's brother or maybe even someone majoring in sports at a college and doing an internship. I can't say exactly.
