I cant do a cart-wheel, toe-touch or the splits. At the end of the year there is gonna be dance try-outs for my school and these things are required. What kinds of things can I do to learn how?

side split stretches:
1st stretch:take a thick book and put it down on the ground then put one of your feet on it and go down into the splits position as far as u can and hold it there for like 2 minutes and switch legs.then do it without the book.
2nd stretch:put one leg straight in front and the other leg fully bended and try to touch your foot that is straight and hold it for like 1 min then switch legs.
3rd stretch do the splits as far as u can down and hold it for 1 or 2 mins and switch legs.
4th stretch:if u can do the splits then hold your front foot for 30sec-1min then sit straight and bend your back and extend your arms backwards and do it with the other leg.

middle splits:
stretch:do it as far down as u can and hold it there for 1 or 2min and rest for a few minutes and do it again.

cart wheel:
keep your legs straight and hands strong when doing cartwheel and have a soft mat under or just take gymnastics or tumbling class

toe touch:
well the middle split stretch would help
and the only way to do toe touch is to keep praticing it

Take a gymnastics class or try to get someone you know to help you. When you go into the splits, put one leg in front and one in back until you can slide down all the way. Then turn and face the front so one leg is on either side of you. Try doing them on your bed first. Cartwheels are just like handstands, but then you turn sideways. Do handstands on your wall, then when you want to do a cartwheel, start with your writing hand and the foot of the same side in front. For toe-touches, bring your feet in and grab onto them. Then slowly bring them out. Always stretch a LOT. I hope this helps. Sorry if it was too long.
