hiya, i've just moved to australia from the Uk and worked in an estate agents in skegness in lincolnshire for 2 years, depends where in lincs i guess - lincoln stamford boston great, they're all up and coming areas with culture the only exception in boston as its a bit rough the influx of foreigners to work on the lands in pushing prices up, generally lincs is cheaper that most counties but we get a lot of people from the south etc moving up here (normally selling up for a peaceful life) and there money goes so much further, all in all i think that the lincs market is very strong, as long as you are near good transport links i think it'll only get better.
