As you have most likely learned by now it is illegal no matter who does it and very unkind to those who walk in on you but there is another part to this:Why would you want to get "naughty" in a pub toilet with someone you care about?
I would never treat anyone to that sort of degradation nor would I want to be treated that way. Very uncool to say the least.

I'm not certain of the law, but I think if anyone could actually see what you were doing you could be arrested for public indecency - which would be the same for any couple having sex in public, gay or straight, male or female. (I'm assuming you mean in UK, as you said pub.) If they can't see but can only hear, I would think it's probably not illegal, but you might be barred from the pub if other customers complain.

It's illegal if the door is open (as George Michael found out!) but it's not illegal if the door is closed and locked!

Yes you could get arrested. But not just because your lesbians. It would happen if gays and straights were doing too.

Yes, it is! Where do you get off? It causes discomfort to anybody who walks in on you, or indeed any couple, be they straight or gay, and is grossly indecent in a public place. Keep that kind of stuff private.

I'm not sure being a lesbian has anything to do with it. Sure, it's not strictly legal - but who cares? That sort of thing is fun.
My ex and I once did it in the disabled loo on the Isle of Wight ferry.

Even straight ppl can be arrested for public indecency. If you get caught you can be charged with lewd and lascivious behavior and public indecency.

Probably ..the law is not just for the lesbians only.. it's for every one who display obscene acts in public places ..
are both of you pretty looking ..if you are ..what a waist ..
but if you are a pair of dogs it's alright then..

unlikely that you'd be suspected of having sex. it would generally be assumed you were just two friends going into loo together.
opposite is true when 2 guys go into a toilet together.
