No they are not it's just the storyline and they are not even as big as they are supposed to be.
Kane:7'0 326 lbs
Kane's real build:6'8 320 lbs
Undertaker:6'10 285 lbs
Undertaker's real build:6'8 305 lbs

No, Kane and Undertaker are not really Brothers. Neither are Edge and Christian, even though they grew up together in the same town.

No just an act, and both of them are not 7 feet. Kane is 6 feet 8 inches and the Undertaker is 6 feet 10 inches.

kane and undertaker are just storyline brothers.By this I mean they are brothers onscreen in the wwe because that is how the creators write the show but they are not brothers in real life.

Kane was born in Spain, raised in TN.. and matter of fact use to be a teacher in St.Louis,MO where I am from.. in real life Kane is a really nice guy mostly cause of his education, but Undertaker I never met him but have heard he is really a big ******....

no. its a story line. besides, kane was born in spain but moved to the united states and undertaker was born here in the united states down in texas. but htey still kick @$$!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No, they are not. Just the "characters" they portray. Pro Wrestling is simply a "soap opera" for guys, especially "rednecks". No insult intended. I occasionally watch, for the Entertainment value. Like most "fans", I have my favorites, and anti-favorites! Just like in "soap operas"! Right?
