♥Can that be a comforting feeling at times?

I may sound like a broken record here, but there are two things that make me somber:
1. Racism
2. The loss of a loved one
Can it be comforting? No, not on those topics. But I do take a certain comfort in being sad, sometimes.

Bad news, like death or illness of a loved one. Watching the world go by and feeling no control. Realizing that I made a very bad mistake, and don't know how to fix it.
Sad memories. No, a somber mood is never comforting.

Someone else's worries can turn me suddenly somber, but so can a perfectly lovely walk in the park. The latter's somber feel is very comforting.

a sad song can do that to me sometimes, or something serious, or something that just makes me recall bad memories.
yes, sadly enough it can be a comforting feeling sometimes.

sorry i hate feeling like that.although it has happened a few times lately.friends thinking im a bad person will put me in a mood.being called a deceitful person will also sadden me,coz im neither

Loss. I can see the world in all its glory and yet weep at the thought of any of its loss, no matter how small.
