Ok, so like, I have a Nextel phone, and I got Charged for .25cents per picture sent/receved, and Like the people there told me that those would be included in my text messeges, and now my bill is way up from those charges.


What would you do. I know sprint/nextel have the work costumer service in the world. Did this happens to you?

Did you call customer care and ask for a credit and a different package? Or did you go back to the person who sold it to you and confront them?
