All things vary with insurance, but my '02 Grand Am GT wasn't a lot to insure. Then again, I have a '67 GTO on the policy so maybe I'm not looking at it the same way you do...

I have a 1999 Red GA GT1 2 Door and I get charged extra for the color as well as an increased rate for it having the ram air junk. They consider it a semi-sports car. Oh well, other insurance companies are probably better though.

No it wont be insured that way. Its just a regular car so they wont insure it as a sports car.
