I listen and take a logical look at the circumstances and evaluate the validity of the criticism.
Not taking the criticism personally is essential for me. If the criticism is harsh and I take it personally and become offended I may miss out on learning something.

How confident are you with yourself? If you are at peace within yourself than I would say you ought to take it pretty good. I know that I am a very intelligent person and when people critisize me then I usually think that they are not at peace with themselves and need someone to put down in order to make themselves better. That is really sad for the other individual, wouldn't you agree? Make sure you know who you are as a person and to hell with the criticism.

I take criticism well depending on who is the source of the criticism and the intensity of the criticism itself!

If its constructive criticism then i welcome it. If I'm at work and screw something up and my sup calls me in the office to talk to me about it, I dont have a prob with that, i would want to know so i wont make the same mistake. But if a person is just criticizing to be an a hole, usually i just ignore.

If it's constructive criticism I'm fine with it, if it's said kindly. If it's just by someone who's jealous I always know and I ignore it because I know I'm better off than that person. That's why they're jealous.

4 some reason I tend to get a lil upset at critism from close friends and family. If a stranger or someone I dont know that well does it, it doesnt matter to me whatsoever.

too much of it can just put a person down...but if they are doing it to annoy me...then i just ignore it...
constructive criticism...i'll take any day!

I think I can take critisism rather well.......but ONLY when it's given in a constructive way. (I hate the accusing kind of critisism)
